Mark had the afternoon off on Friday (thanks to the coolest perk ever on a job -- Summer
Hours), so we headed to Mckinney Falls State Park for a cookout. We walked the three-mile loop, and then grilled salmon and corn, and ate mango. Naomi made the hike in the backpack carrier, had dinner, and then played in her packnplay. It was an experiment for us in what camping might be like with a kiddo. She topped the evening off by taking two steps on her own!! That's right, No hands.
