Motherhood is using your shirt (that you were going to change anyway) to wipe your kid's nose when there is a stream of snot and no tissue around (and I couldn't get her cute new pjs dirty!).
At least, that's what I thought until later that same day when I decided that motherhood is really getting thrown up on 3 times in 24 hours.
I love her.

This is SO true! I realized the other day something that seems obvious, but I don't think you fully understand until you have a child- Babies=fluids. And laundry. Lots of both.
